Poem: Between the Rhyme

Between the Rhyme

Too often doing time
World is deaf and dumb and blind
Loss is less than fine
Walk between the rhyme

The glimmers lose their shine
Reach for the divine
Shown a greater sign
Walk between the rhyme

Gone all hope to find
Crazies stir the mind
Dare to cross the line
Walk between the rhyme

From holes one cannot climb
Your is yours and so is mine
A weirdest of sublime
Walk between the rhyme

Falling so far left behind
Slept through vigor’s prime
Walk between the rhyme
Walk between the rhyme.
