Poem: Soothing

Soothing

A million sunshines
Emanate from your laughter
When I can share it

Thanks for lighting the way this week, Scott. The "sharing" is the key to the sunshine.

You poem is so wonderful. Reading it on One Single Impression is what made me decide to join this week for the first time.

Beautifully written, very succinct but still with a lot of depth. I loved the memories this brought to mind. Is there anything sweeter than a baby's laughter, I think not!

It is such fun to be with someone when they are laughing. Great prompt.

Oh wow, I really liked it, but I didn't know you wrote it. I don't pay attention to that sort of thing, I suppose.

This is exactly M's effect on me. It is so wonderful a poem. I want to send it to him (with your credit, of course. Thank you for expressing what I could not express.

Thanx to all. Andree to be a conduit of your feelings would be as high a complement as a this poet could receive.

A very evocative poem, STP. I really like the way you use a visual attribute for something heard. I find the last line a bit sad despite the atmosphere you've created. There's something more to this small piece just by that addition.

It's tough to come up with new words to say how good it is. "Very nice" is inadequate, "Beautiful" doesn't hit the mark entirely. Memorable is how will describe it.
